Serves: 4

❀❀ Ingredients ❀❀

200 gms – cauliflower, grated 

1 nos. – large onion, finely chopped 

½ tsp – turmeric powder 

2 nos. – medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped 

100 gms – paneer, grated 

2 tsp – oil 

To taste salt


❀❀ To be ground into a paste ❀❀

3 nos. – green chillies 

4-6 – cloves garlic 

½ piece – ginger 

2 nos. – cloves 

2 nos. – green cardamoms 

6-8 – peppercorns 

1 tsp – cumin seeds 

1 tsp – red chilli powder

❀❀ Method ❀❀

1) In a glass bowl, combine the oil, onion and turmeric powder and microwave uncovered for 2 minutes.

2) Mix in the ground paste and microwave again for 1 minute.

3) Mix in the tomatoes and microwave for 3 minutes.

4) Mix in cauliflower and paneer, add 3 tbsp water (if required) and microwave for 5 minutes, pausing and stirring after 2 ½ minutes.

5) Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
